Launched in 2020 by Major League Soccer, MLS NEXT aims to transform youth development by offering a professionalized environment with top-tier coaching, high-level competition, and national scouting exposure.

 

The program includes elite clubs and MLS academies across the U.S. and Canada, competing in a structured league that prioritizes technical development, tactical education, and physical conditioning to prepare players for the next level.
